Schani Poha Thick can be used to prepare delicious and healthy meals in a few simple steps. Here are some tips on how to use it:

Wash and soak the poha thick in water for 10-15 minutes or until soft. Drain the water and squeeze out the excess moisture. Fluff the poha thick with a fork and keep aside.

You can use the soaked poha thick to make poha by heating some oil in a pan and adding some mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilies, onion, potato, turmeric, salt and sugar. Cook until the potato is soft and then add the poha thick and mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves, lemon juice and roasted peanuts and serve hot or cold.

You can also use the soaked poha thick to make chivda by heating some oil in a pan and adding some mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilies, asafoetida, turmeric, salt and sugar. Fry until the mustard seeds crackle and then add some roasted peanuts, cashews, raisins and coconut slices. Fry until golden and then add the poha thick and mix well. Store in an airtight container and enjoy as a snack.

Another way to use the soaked poha thick is to make kheer by boiling some milk in a pot and adding some sugar, cardamom powder and saffron. Simmer until the milk thickens slightly and then add the poha thick and cook until soft. Garnish with some chopped almonds, pistachios and rose petals and serve hot or cold.
