Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Areas:
We currently offer shipping services within Germany. If your location falls within our shipping areas, you will be able to place an order on our website.

2. Order Processing Time:
Once you place an order, our team will process it within 1-2 days. During this time, we will prepare and pack your items to ensure they reach you in the best condition. As soon as we shipped your order you receive information in your email with the order tracking link. 

3. Shipping Methods:
We work with reputable shipping carriers to deliver your orders securely and in a timely manner. The available shipping methods will be displayed during the checkout process. You can select the method that suits your preferences and requirements. We have logistic partners such as DHL, DPD, and GLS and we use any one of them based on your delivery address. 

4. Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees may apply to your order, depending on the total weight, size, and destination of the package. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed at the checkout before you confirm your purchase. Please note that we may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, and such offers will be clearly communicated on our website.

5. Estimated Delivery Time:
The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen and your location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number that you can use to monitor the progress of your delivery. Please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or public holidays, may cause delays beyond our control. Average delivery days are 2-5 days after shipping confirmation. 

6. Delivery Attempts:
Our shipping carriers will make a reasonable attempt to deliver your package. If they are unable to deliver the package successfully, it may be returned to us. In such cases, we will notify you and provide options for redelivery or a refund, subject to our return policy. But in case of a return due to any of the reason(s) as mentioned in point no. 7 of this policy, there will be an extra charge of 4,99€ or as per the actual charges charged by the shipping logistic partner. 

7. Delivery failures may occur due to the following reasons:

7.1 Incorrect Contact Information: If you provide an incorrect phone number or address for delivery, it may result in a delivery failure.
7.2 Incomplete Address or Mistake: If there is an error in the address provided for delivery, it may lead to a delivery failure.
7.3 Inaccessible Address: If the delivery address is not reasonably accessible, such as in remote areas or restricted zones, it may prevent successful delivery.
7.4 Unsafe Access to Address: If the delivery address poses safety concerns and cannot be accessed securely, it may result in a delivery failure.
7.5 Unattended Delivery: If there is no secure and convenient location to leave the products at the delivery address, and there is no person available to accept the delivery, it may lead to delivery failure.
7.6 Unavailable Recipient: If the person at the delivery address is unavailable to accept the delivery, particularly when a signature is required, it may result in a delivery failure.

Please note that in the above-mentioned cases, re-delivery or return will incur additional charges.

8. Shipping Restrictions:
Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to legal regulations or safety concerns. It is your responsibility to ensure that the items you purchase comply with any applicable laws or restrictions in your location. If any items in your order are prohibited or restricted from shipping, we will notify you and refund the affected portion of your order.

9. International Shipping:
Additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may be imposed by the destination country’s customs authorities for international shipments. These charges are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the customer. Please familiarize yourself with your country’s customs policies before placing an international order.

10. Order Tracking:
You can track the status of your order by using the provided tracking number on the shipping carrier’s website. If you have any concerns or questions regarding your order’s delivery status, you can contact our customer support team, and we will be happy to assist you.

11. Lost or Damaged Packages:
In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please get in touch with our customer support team as soon as possible. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier and work towards a satisfactory resolution, which may include a replacement shipment or a refund.

12. Change of Shipping Address:
If you need to change the shipping address for an order that has not been shipped yet, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.

14. Free Delivery and Weight Restrictions

14.1 Our website offers free delivery within Germany or as mentioned, depending on factors such as the location, cart value, and package weight.
14.2 If any changes are made to your order, resulting in the order value falling below the free shipping threshold, shipping charges will be applicable. You have the option to add more items to your order to qualify for free shipping or to cancel the order. The following circumstances may lead to order updates: item unavailability, item reaching its best-before date, or the customer no longer require the item.

Please note that each order is subject to a weight restriction of 25 kg per parcel. If the total order weight exceeds 25 kg, the normal shipping cost will apply for each additional parcel. Only one parcel per order will qualify for free shipping.
