Usage:
Heera Annam Maida Flour can be used to make various recipes that require fine and soft flour. To make bread dough, mix Heera Maida Flour with water, yeast, salt, and sugar in a large bowl. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic, then let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size. Shape the dough into loaves or rolls and bake in a preheated oven until golden and cooked through. To make cake batter, cream butter, and sugar in a bowl until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Sift Heera Maida Flour with baking powder and salt, then fold into the butter mixture alternately with milk. Pour the batter into a greased cake tin and bake in a preheated oven until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. To make flatbread dough, combine Heera Maida Flour with water, oil, salt, and baking powder in a bowl. Knead the dough until smooth and pliable, then divide into equal portions. Roll out each portion into a thin circle and cook on a hot griddle until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip and cook the other side until lightly browned.
