Usage:
Preparing delicious Rava Dosas is quick and easy with Haldiram Instant Mix. Just follow these simple steps:
Empty the contents of the pack (200g) into a bowl.
Add approximately 500ml of water and mix well to form a smooth batter.
Allow the batter to rest for 10-15 minutes.
Heat a non-stick dosa pan or griddle and grease it lightly with oil.
Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it in a circular motion to form a thin dosa.
Cook on medium heat until the dosa turns golden brown and crispy.
Serve hot with your favorite chutney or sambar.
