MDH Fish Curry Masala spice blend is designed for making fish curry dishes.
Coconut fish curry recipe:
Begin by cleaning 1 kg of fish and applying salt to it. Set it aside. In half a cup of water, soak 30g of coconut powder/milk and add 1 tsp of turmeric powder, 20g of Fish Curry Masala, and salt according to your taste. Finely chop 120g of red onions and saut them in 30g of cooking oil in a flat pan until they turn light golden in color. Add the prepared paste and stir for 5 minutes. Next, pour in 200ml of water and allow it to simmer until the sauce reduces to half its volume. Stir occasionally during this process. Finally, add the fish to the pan and let it simmer until it is fully cooked.
