Haldiram Ratlami Mixture 200g is a spicy and crunchy snack that is inspired by the famous Ratlami sev from Madhya Pradesh. It is a blend of chickpeas, mung beans, lentils and peanuts that are seasoned with red chilli, cumin and clove powder. It is a perfect snack to enjoy with tea, coffee or cold drinks. Ratlami sev paratha: Stuff the paratha dough with grated cheese and ratlami mixture and cook on a tawa with ghee.
