It is a blend of wheat flour, salt, red chili, onion, garlic, cumin, ginger, black cumin, carom, bay leaf, fenugreek leaves, and other spices that give the chicken a spicy and tangy flavor. SHAN Chicken Broast masala is easy to use. It is a gluten-free and product that contains no preservatives or artificial colors.

Usage: SHAN Chicken Broast can be used to make delicious fried chicken in a few simple steps. First, mix lemon juice and 1 tsp of SHAN salt and rub all over the chicken pieces. Cover and marinate for at least 3-4 hours. Then coat chicken pieces in SHAN Chicken Broast mix and keep it in the fridge for 15 minutes. Before frying again coat the chicken pieces in the remaining broast mix. Heat oil and fry chicken pieces to a crisp golden color. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
