Usage:

Laziza Rasmalai Mix Almond can be used to make rasmalai at home with ease. To make rasmalai, follow these simple steps:

Boil 1 litre of milk in a pan and add 200g of sugar. Stir well until the sugar dissolves.
Add the contents of one packet of Laziza Rasmalai Mix Almond and stir well. Cook on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until the mixture thickens.
Pour the mixture into a large bowl and let it cool down.
Shape the mixture into small balls and press them lightly to flatten them.
Boil another litre of milk in a separate pan and add some sugar to taste. Simmer for 10 minutes or until slightly thickened.
Add the cheese balls to the milk and simmer for another 10 minutes or until they are soft and fluffy.
Transfer the rasmalai to a serving dish and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours or until chilled.
Garnish with some pistachios, almonds or saffron and enjoy.
