Ingredients:

500-750g boneless chicken, cut into small pieces

100g yogurt

75g fresh ginger, finely sliced

150-200g fresh tomatoes, cut into small pieces

4-6 fresh green chilies, chopped (adjust to taste)

1 bunch of green coriander, chopped

30g ghee or cooking oil

1 sachet of Laziza Chicken Ginger Masala

 

Instructions:

Place the chicken, ginger, and tomatoes in a pan, cover, and cook over medium-low heat until any juices have almost evaporated.

Add the ghee/cooking oil and the masala mix to the pan, and stir-fry for a few minutes.

Incorporate the yogurt and green chilies, and continue cooking until the chicken becomes tender and the ghee/cooking oil separates from the masala.

Garnish the dish with the chopped green coriander, and it is ready to be served.
